Because of the difficulty of keeping current events
questions truly current, we will no longer attempt to include such
questions in our packets, though we will retain in older packets those
that have taken on historical significance or those with answers calling
for general knowledge.

While not all questions fit neatly into a specific discipline, our NEW all
toss-up packets have an increased number of math and science questions,
for a total of 16 each; 18 language arts questions; 20 humanities
questions; and 30 social studies questions spanning the broad disciplines
of this area.
*Questions are also available in a paired format in
which the odd-numbered question is usually related by discipline to the
even-numbered and more difficult question that follows, thereby allowing
the possibility of using these questions in a toss-up/bonus competition.
