Fibonaccio!  The Trivia Game in Book Form

This quiz book’s name is derived from Italian mathematician Leonardo Fibonacci, known for a sequence of numbers named after him, and Geronimo, the Apache leader whose name U.S. paratroopers shouted as a battle cry when they jumped from their planes in WWII.

This book, targeted for the general public, has 400 sets of 10 themed questions (plus a tie-breaker) numbered consecutively with the numbers of the sequence he originated, that is, 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, and 55, with the point value for each correct answer set by its number, the maximum, and hardest, being 55, with a bonus of 89 points for answering all 10 questions correctly, thus scoring a Fibonaccio!
